Here are three really cool videos of ride alongs with some amazing factory supercharged cars. Usually these types of ‘street cars’ cannot be unleshed on the street as most of these cars can break every available speed limit in 2nd gear.
The only way to see these cars truly live up to their potential is on the track… with no further adue:

Obviously the car with the highest power to weight ratio and the widest powerband will be the most usable on the track, and the corvette shows this with mastery. What is really interesting here is the CTS-V. Having a lower power to weight ratio than the GT500 and a very similar powerband, this car is able to throw it’s heft around the track faster than a coupe. The secret here is that GM spent quite some time fine tuning the CTS-V suspension specifically for it’s challenging weight on the Nurburg ring in Germany bringing it in a ‘stock’ configuration of 7:59.32 …

I hope that this information is helpful to you. It’s so confusing I know but because I’m in this business of supercharger remanufacturing and helping engineer many different systems, I have my head deep in it. Feel free to email me if you have any other questions regarding what supercharger is on what engine and what car (truck).

Thank you for the correction Ed! really appreciate it.
